NTB Complaint

Looooong wait.
I went to NTB on 10-16-14 at the Wilmington Delaware location(concord pike) so they could fix a problem with the break repair they had done previously. I had an appointment for 11 am. The person at the desk talked me into leaving the car and promised I would have it by 3pm sharp. I called at 2:45 pm and was put on hold for 15 minutes while the person checked on the car. Then a second person picked up the phone and he went to check also. I was told they couldn't find the car or the mechanic and to call back. When I called back at 3pm I was told that actually the car was in the bay all along and I could pick it up at 3:15pm. I arrived at 3:20 pm and waited until 3:55 for the car. The person at the desk said oh it is an easy repair. It was just the break plate. Then why did it take 5 hours? I have taken 4 cars over the past few years to NTB but I will not be going back again. Staff were milling around the store and no one seemed to know what was going on. The person tried to give me another excuse which I did not want to hear so he tried to talk over me and when I walked away he left the room and slammed the door. Service has really deteriorated.
