After 5 cars and many years, I have watched NTB 's service & incompetence fall to the point of being intolerable. 2 new tires on the rear - simple. They put them on the front. I pointed out that the invoice said 'on the rear' (RWD vehicle) and asked them to move them to the rear. Then they stripped out a lug - carelessness with air tools. But were happy to let me drive off with one lug not tightened down...so I had to show them the lug was incapable of being tightened down. The techs were FAR more interested in the football game than servicing the cars. A 1-hr estimate turned into 2.5-hrs. Men's room was awful...the toilet was physically broken (let your imagination soar) - I would not even whiz in it. -ex-customer.
