DAMAGED RIMS DURING TIRE INSTALL - tires and rims

DO NOT bring your vehicle to any TBC Corp company. Save yourself a future headache!! I went to NTB -National Tire & Battery(Kenner)Saturday August 26th to get two new tires and they destroyed my rims. They%u2019re refusing to fix them. They%u2019re saying they were damaged already which is a blatant lie!
I%u2019ve always used NTB by my house but they didn%u2019t have these in stock so I made an appointment at the one in Kenner (1220 Veterans Blvd) because they were the only ones that had the tires I wanted in stock. One rim looks like a bar crushed my rim instead of being placed on the tire. Now my tire feels like it%u2019s bouncing/vibrating when moving. These don%u2019t seem like the same rims I went there with, it%u2019s almont like they swapped them out and put these on my vehicle. Called GMC to see if rims had serial numbers and sadly no they don%u2019t. NTB pulled one over on me this time but I will NEVER bring any of my vehicles to them ever again or to any of their parent companies.
While waiting for my vehicle I told the lady I would come back for the other 2 tires when I had time but thank goodness I only did 2 Saturday instead of all four! Extremely disappointed with this company. I wouldn%u2019t recommend if you want the job done correctly by honest people to expected standards.
Beyond disgusted!
