I have a copy of my coupon for which I requested an Oil Change, Tire Rotation and 22 Point Inspection at the NTB located at 125 Park Access Drive; Lawrenceville, Ga 30045. I called ahead and stated I had a coupon and asked for a time to drop-off the car(2011 Chrysler 300C RWD). The 12:30PM Friday May 16, 2014 was agreed upon. After the on-time arrival, I presented the original coupon asking for all services. Salesperson 32005059 inspected my car and noted the front tires were needing replacment soon. I asked for and received a printed quote copy. Salesperson stated "You can keep that for later."
After leaving the key FOB, I asked if the service would be completed in an hour. Salesperson stated "Yes". No other comments were made by the salesperson.
I returned to this NTB and asked if there were any issues with the oil change, rotation and inspection. The same salesperson said they "could not do the rotation" because the good tires on the rear needed to stay on the rear. "I thought I told you that when you dropped off the car" he said.
He DID NOT say that, nor is there any evidence of the 22-point inspection performed or results.
My wife was waiting for me in another car. I gave him back the new tires quote stating "I don't need this. I wont be back" and reluctantly signed the NTB copy of the work order. He handed me the key FOB and my copy of the work order.
I tried to use the survey at www.ntbcares.com but the site will not display in Internet Explorer 9.0.8112.16421. IE responds with "Oops! Internet Explorer could not find ntbcares.com

Try reloading: ntbcares.­com" on more than 15 tries.

I will be calling the work order listed manager Mr. James Finley today to state my issues with the service provided.
I've also discussed this issue with tire rotation with an independent auto service provider. He states the NTB salesperson was wrong to claim the better tires should be on the rear - the better tires should be on the front for steering traction!!!!
