NTB poor customer service and unsatisfactory work - NTB Tire Service


My husband dropped his Cadillac off to NTB because the vehicle was cutting off. We were called to pick up the vehicle May 15,2015 after the repairs were "Supposedly" complete. We paid NTB over $3,000 yes I said over $3,000 to fix this issue. As we were driving home the car cut off. My husband called up to NTB they told us to bring the car back which we did. Once there I asked the manager what did the shop do because the car was NOT fixed! The manager,Michael Franks customer service was unacceptable. His response was that he told us to bring the car back and he would look at the car free of charge. I told him in frustration that was what he was supposed to do heck we paid over $3,000. He told me one thing they did was replace the car computer and got it verified that it needed replaced by Buick GM next door. I asked can I see something in writing explaining why the computer needed replacing. Mr. Franks told me that he only had a sales receipt for a new computer from Buick. A sales receipt for a new computer is not proof that the computer needed replacing. Funny thing is the car was at Cadillac shop first and they never said the computer needed to be replaced. Frustrated with the way Mr. Franks was talking to me I asked for his supervisor's name and number. On May 18,2015 we picked up the vehicle after it was "repaired" yet again. Today May 19,2015 we have to take the because the vehicle is riding rough,brakes are squeaking etc. We paid over $3,000 and this car is still not fixed!
