Tires Very Poor Quality - tires
I Bought 65,000 mile tires less that a year ago. I do a lot of simple highway driving, 26000 miles in that time. I took the tires back when they were bald and dangerous in the rain. I provided a nearly perfect record of tire rotations to them (1 missing I could not find, but did show service on missing date just did not show if rotation was done.) But anyone reasonable could see I had good maintainance record. since I had the alignment done before the tires went on they said I could get not help from the warranty, not even pro-rated discount. The best deal they would offer was to charge me almost the exact price to get new tires that did not have as good a rating (50,000 mile) as the previous garbage tires. I felt like I paid for 65000 miles of good driving and all I got was 26000. I believe they still owe me 65% of my tire usage, not to charge me again for what I already paid for.
