I called NTB 's toll free line yesterday to inquire about a buy two get two free tire sale. I selected the tires and set up an appointment for Sunday morning at 9am When I arrived on time, I was told the two tires were free with the purchase of two 150.. tires but I must buy the 400.00 road hazard policy-making my total over 700.00, I was upset at having shown up and was never told the actual cost and not the bait and switch cost. I asked if I could purchase the 4 tires at 150.00 apiece. he said no and besides they would only throw them in my car anyhow-no installation. I was upset and I was told by the gentleman who identified himself as the manager that I didn't have to buy anything. I then called the NTB on Silver drive in Columbus Ohio and spoke to manger Stacy who was gracious, helpful, apologetic and made me a very fair offer. I am buying from her-would never go to NTB on Stelzer road nor would I recommend. I had a great experience with /Stacey however and I would recommend that location.
