NTB car car repair. They only want to sell you parts, not good service!
Took my Toyota Corolla in for a front end alignment. Told them the front end started shimming at 60 mph. They called back and said I needed struts, brackets for the struts, front end alignment, and a complete brake job w/ new rotors. I asked if it would stop the front end from shimming and they said yes. I picked up the car several hours later after paying over $1400. Took it on the freeway and it still shimmed at 60 mph. Took it back and they said it was the new tires I had just bought from Discount Tire. I took it in to Discount Tire and they took off the wheels and spin balanced all 4 tires. Took it on the freeway and the shimming had stopped. NTB had sold me parts and service totaling over $1400 that I didn't need and then treated me like crap when I told them my car was just the same as when I brought it in that morning. They were only interested in getting me to approve as many of their costly repairs as possible. NTB is not a certified repair facility in my mind and consumers should be aware NTB is only interested in your money and not your car! I will never return to NTB and caution everyone else not to got there for car repairs!!! They also don't stand behind their repairs!
